Head over to our CONTACT page and send us a message. We're open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm EST excluding holidays and we typically reply back within 24 - 48 hours.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email, Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for carriers to update your tracking number. 

Orders can be canceled before Item is processed once order is processed cancellation is not permitted.

Shipping

We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible but please allow  up to  3  business days for processing and up to 5 business days for shipping.

Please note we ship items according to what the customer placed on their shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to Melabomb, reshipment will be subject to a fee. Please contact USPS to reroute your package as soon as possible.  

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by USPS or any other postal carrier service. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.

All packages returned to our facilities will be refunded. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. If you require a reshipment, a reshipping fee will be applied.

Returns

We genuinely want you to be happy with your Melabomb purchase! 

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are final sale. However If a product is defective, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. Email us at Contact@melabomb.com  WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order. Please include your name, photos of the product, and your order number in the subject line. Upon approval a paid return shipping label will be provided. Lashes may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

Upon receiving your returned Item an exchange or refund will be processed within 1 - 5 business days. Keep in mind your banking institution may require additional processing time for a refund, usually 2 - 5 business days. In addition original shipping fees are non refundable.
